“Booking policy”
Please give us an 48 hour notice for your booking date, if not it’ll be a $25 fee added to your services. To guarantee your slot is available, we do require a $50 non-refundable deposit upon booking. All deposits made are non-refundable, we will accomodate you if needed. There will be a $15 cleaning fee added to your booking. Your remaining balance is due upon arrival. Once you book please message us and confirm your booking so, that we can gather all of the information we need for your date. If we don’t receive a deposit within 4 hours of your booking we will cancel your slot. If you pay in full and don’t show there is absolutely no refunds. If you pay in full and you decide to cancel you have 5 days to cancel your booking. Payment is due on the morning of your picnic. booking , and your deposit is paid please leave us your email adress so that we can send you over a consent form to fill and sign out. We will not set up your picnic without the consent form being signed.
“ WEATHER POLICY”
There is Absolutely no refunds. If it’s showing rain in the forecast we will have to reschedule your booking due to equipment. We only do indoor picnics to accommodate you because of the rain if you choose to. If you decide to do a indoor picnic due to the rain please make sure you’re home while we set it up. We will need access to get in and out if you live in a condo / gated community.
“LATE POLICY”
You have a 15 minute grace period to arrive at your picnic. After 15 minutes there will be a $10 late fee. If you’re 30 minutes late there will be a $20 late fee.. Your picnic time will start at the time you were scheduled.
